What is a Custom Web Store?

We developed custom web stores due to a glaring need of a couple of our clients. We were doing the production of custom apparel and promotional materials for a couple of our clients. One was a non-profit, the other for-profit. Both were managing the sales, promotion and order taking themselves. This was very labor intensive for these organizations and was often frustrating. Their staff responsible for this was responsible for other functions in the organization as well as handling this. They often were pulled in multiple directions and the apparel was not their strong suit.

From this frustration Premier's Custom Web Store was born. We created an online portal for organizations to sell from. Premier Graph-x, Inc manages the store including all the imagery for each item. We will also design custom garments for your store as well as constantly developing and expanding the offerings for your customers.

Why would I do this?

It's very simple: You get to focus on what you do best - running your organization. We take on your apparel ordering and manufacturing. No more corralling parents or clients to get their order in then having to package everything up to get it to the manufacturer. Our Just in Time manufacturing system allows your parents or clients to order as much or as little as they want.

How does is work?

Contact us to discuss your specific needs. We have created programs for non-profit and for-profit sports organizations as well as businesses. All of these organizations have different needs and goals. We get that and work with you to create a custom apparel program that will benefit you the most.

Our most common program is to manage the complete apparel program. Here we create the apparel, create your online presence and help you create the promotional material for it. Cobblestone Elementary, Hard 90 Baseball and Golden Spike Baseball are great examples of this.

If you already have a web presence and just need the apparel manufacturing we can help there too. The Pickball Store approached us because they already had a very successful web site selling equipment, but wanted to add apparel. We created a comprehensive apparel program which they manage online. We fulfill their orders and ship directly to their customers.

What does it cost?

It depends on the type of organization you are. We typically charge a small set up fee to create the site, create the custom designs and get the custom imagery prepared. We then charge a monthly fee for maintenance of the site. If you have enough volume we can often waive one or both of these fees. Fundraising Option

Many of the Web Stores we manage are fundraiser's for their organizations. What better way to make money for your organization than selling custom apparel? You get to do the fun part of promoting all the cool new gear and we manage all the back office work. Parents, students, friends and families just have to go online and order what they want. We take care of the order fulfillment. Once a month Premier Graph-x, Inc will send you a check for 15% of apparel sales.
